Africa Matters Ambassadors Programme

A one-year blended-learning leadership programme for non-traditional African leaders.

The Africa Matters Ambassadors Program (AMAP) is a one-year blended-learning African leadership development program that provides non-traditional leaders with critical tools to address the gaps in leadership, accountability and transparency in their communities.

AMI Ambassadors Programme serves as a youth leadership development programme where Ambassadors will serve as a brand and community ambassador of Africa Matters.

Following the review of over 2002 applications and a selection of 17 African youth change-makers spanning from Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Tanzania, South Africa, Morocco, Kenya, Algeria and Botswana.

2018

The 2018 AMAP Ambassadors Program took place in Zimbabwe, Namibia, Rwanda and Kenya. It equipped 8 ambassadors with the skills, training and monitoring to lead four community social impact projects in their countries.
